Asecos has introduced a new Type 30 safety cabinet in which customers can store hazardous chemicals
The new range of cabinets from the materials manufacturer conform to European standard EN 14470-1 to give flame resistance up to half hour, said the company.
The design of the Type 30 is based on the Q Series Type 90 model, also made by Asecos. The doors and body are made of special flame-proof melamine-coated panels. The cabinets have an integrated transport base as a standard, and doors are available in seven different colours.
A single-door Type 30 cabinet is 90 cm wide, can be locked and has a large internal capacity. Q-Classic 30 cabinets are either 60 cm or 120 cm wide. Asecos’s cabinets also prevent internal leakages and ensure any vapours are drawn off by their mechanical ventilation systems.
