Height Safety expert, Guardian, has announced the company’s expansion in Houston with a new 71,000 sq ft distribution facility located near the company’s Global Headquarters and Height Safety Centre
The expansion is a key part of the multi-year strategic plan outlined in the company’s recent May 2023 announcement specifically around the pillar of enhancing service to the company’s key partners and stakeholders.
“Our customers and their workers’ safety have always been the top priority for Guardian. This operational expansion is a testament to our dedication to meeting their needs with utmost efficiency and speed," said Derek Grant, SVP of Operations at Guardian. "With this new distribution centre, we are equipped to serve our customers better than ever before. The addition of its state-of-the-art distribution centre reinforces the company’s dedication to its 360-degree height safety ecosystem that includes fall protection, dropped object prevention, foreign material exclusion, engineered systems, expert training, and end-to-end customer service. With increased operational space and enhanced flexibility to better serve its customers, the new facility supports Guardian’s purpose of making safe simple.
Hector Galaviz, logistics manager, stated, “With a business footprint of now over 190,000 sq ft in the Houston area alone, Guardian stands ready to deliver unparalleled service and we are excited to further strengthen our role as the industry’s trusted height safety partner.”
