Intelligent Security Systems (ISS), a provider of smart video management system (VMS) and analytics for myriad security and business intelligence applications, has launched a solution to help employees get back to work

The new solution from ISS ‘Plan for a Safe Return to Work’ integrates the SecurOS solutions of the company with new capabilities designed to provide organisations with a fully integrated software solution that will help restore business operations.

Aluisio Figueiredo, CEO of ISS, said, “The COVID-19 pandemic has presented organisations of all types and classifications with a new set of challenges that impact the security, safety and health of all individuals who enter their premises, as well as the liability and responsibility of the host.

“Right now, the biggest challenge is how to get people back to work, engaged in commerce, education and all of the everyday activities that drive the economy with effective safeguards in place. Our ‘Plan for a Safe Return to Work’ solution combines the best in ISS VMS and analytics technologies to provide a practical versatile and scalable way to accomplish this important goal.”

The ISS Plan for a Safe Return to Work solution integrates four critical components into a comprehensive software-driven solution, which is easily deployed.

The holistic solution, built on the SecurOS platform as its foundation, combines touchless elevated skin temperature detection via thermal camera integration, touchless identification and access control credentials via FaceX facial recognition, and protective mask detection analytics to ensure individuals wear a protective cover over their nose and mouth.

“The integration of these intelligent access control and workforce management solutions onto the ISS SecurOS platform can help organisations get back to business quickly and cost-effectively,” concluded Figueiredo.
