The ATEX-EPSB-1M2B-400V.50HZ-M1 explosion-proof control station switchboard is secured on a modular frame with floor mounting brackets and carries an ATEX/IECEx rating.
This switchboard is rated three-phase 400V AC 50Hz with a power rating of 160 amps. The main board is 63kW 100-amp 4-pole 400V 50Hz with a direct-mounted external front operating handle disconnect. The two branch boards feature eight 16-amp 2-pole 220V 50Hz outgoing MCBs with an ICU of 10kA and two 16-amp 2-pole 220V 50Hz spare MCBs with an ICU of 10kA.
The switchboard has safety and protection features that include adjustable short circuit, adjustable overload, earth leakage and on/off indicators.
External push buttons allow operators to switch the circuit breakers on and off. Three-phase failure, over/under voltage and phase sequence protection can be found in this unit as well as a 35kA breaking capacity on the main switchboard. This unit is rated IP66 and has a temperature rating of T6.
This switchboard has a total of 13 aluminium plugs (one M63x1.5 and 12 M25x1.5) and is compatible with stanchion mounting requirements and comes with floor mounting brackets. Suitable applications for this unit include use in petroleum refineries, paint spray booths, manufacturing facilities, storage centres, small motors and more.
